Entrepreneurial Real Estate company based in Chicago

We are looking for an Asset Manager for a small entrepreneurial Real Estate company based in Chicago with current holdings in CA, WA, FL and IL.

Job description includes but is not limited to: assessing acquisition opportunities; providing investment summaries; review offering memorandums; lease administration; construction oversight; generating annual budgets for Capex and CAM. We are currently seeking opportunities in retail, industrial and multifamily.

Proficiency in Excel (or Argus) to generate cash flow and pro forma analyses Position will expose the candidate to all aspects of real estate

Successful candidates will have the following:

10 + years in commercial real estate.

Some travel required. Flexible remote work to be considered after one (1) year of employment in downtown office.
